The footage shows a man opening the door, after which the emergency ladder instantly inflates, which deflates almost immediately. Airport officials speculated it was damaged by the cars below.
According to media reports, passengers on the flight spent an hour on the plane due to a delay, while the air conditioner was not working in the cabin and people complained about the heat and suffocation. Without waiting for the crew's help, one of the passengers opened the emergency hatch.
