Upon entering the Kaliningrad region from Poland, a German citizen, resident of Hamburg, Nikolai Gaiduk, who planned to sabotage energy facilities in the region, was detained, the Russian FSB reported.
“N.V. Gaiduk was detained at his next entry into the territory of the Kaliningrad region from the Republic of Poland for organizing sabotage activities at energy facilities. As a result of an inspection of the Ford Focus car he was using with license plates HHS5305 (Germany), 0, were confiscated. 0.5 liters of liquid explosive,” the FSB notes.
