On Saturday afternoon, a small boat, aboard which were nine people, as it was crossing the Duderhof Canal crashed into the embankment bank.
As a result, everyone on the boat, including three children, suffered injuries of varying severity. They were taken to medical facilities in the city. According to preliminary reports, the adults on the ship were drunk.
After the incident, a criminal case was opened for violation of the operating rules of water transport, which resulted in serious damage to health.
