Muscovite Anisa Arabiava was sentenced to three years in a colony of the general regime for aiding in terrorist activities, RIA Novosti reports citing the military court.
According to the investigation, the woman told her friends about the activities of organizations known to be terrorists in Russia, sent them videos about life in Syria and also contacted people involved in the transfer of people to the Arab Republic.
Lawyers in Arabia claim that the woman took an interest in Islam, but did not persuade anyone to join the terrorists.
