A Vladimir court has temporarily suspended the coach of the municipal sports school of the Olympic reserve (SShOR) No. 5 in rhythmic gymnastics, who is involved in a criminal case over an incident involving his students, the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the region told RIA Novosti.
Earlier, lawyer Vladislav Lunkov posted a video on the VKontakte social network in which the mother of a student of the sports school No. 5 of rhythmic gymnastics reported that after training, her daughter came home with bruises on her face. . The video also included an audio recording of the coach insulting the student using obscene language, shouting at her and threatening her. The chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, Alexander Bastrykin, ordered the initiation of a criminal case. The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the region reported to RIA Novosti that a case had been opened under Article 156 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (improper performance of duties in the upbringing of a minor, associated with cruel treatment of the minor). “The court considered the investigator's petition and accepted it. The coach was temporarily suspended from his duties,” the agency's source said.
According to her, the woman was charged and a preventive measure was chosen in the form of a written recognizance not to leave the premises and to behave properly. The investigation into the case continues.
