Passengers on the Minsk-Antalya flight, which urgently landed in Moscow, prepare to travel to Turkey on a spare plane sent by Belavia, reports RIA Novosti with reference to the press of the carrier service.
“It (a spare plane – Editor's note) is already there (at Domodedovo, – Editor's note),” Belavia reported.
On Monday morning, it was reported that Belarusian passenger Boeing 737, en route from Minsk to Antalya, gave a distress signal, then changed course and headed for Moscow. It was later learned that the liner had landed at Moscow's Domodedovo airport. There were 195 people on board, no casualties.
As the airline later reported, an engine malfunction alarm went off on the plane.
Earlier, Sputnik radio reported that a plane with a broken autopilot made an emergency landing in Yekaterinburg.
