The incident took place in the yard 39; a house in the village of Voskresenskoye. “The driver of a Kia Rio car hit a boy who was running towards the entrance of the house. At the time of the accident, the boy was alone,” the post read.
The child was hospitalized with a closed traumatic brain injury and facial contusion.
Earlier, Sputnik radio reported that a drunken teenager had taken to flying and caused a fatal accident in the Rostov region.
