The CCTV camera wires, which is on the center building remand center (IVS) in Istra, from where the prisoners fled, were cut, some of them wrapped in electrical tape, reports RIA Novosti's correspondent from the scene.
A CCTV camera is installed at the IVS, which aims directly at the door of the building. However, several wires near the camera were cut and some were wrapped in duct tape. It is not known if the camera is working and whether it was possible to capture the moment of the escape of the prisoners.
