Moscow housing inspection revealed illegal redevelopment of apartments in two houses in the west from Moscow: the owners, who arbitrarily combined rooms with balconies, had to correct the errors of unauthorized repairs.
As specified in the department's post, a resident of the 8 house on Pokryshkina Street without permission combined the balcony with the room, moved the interior partitions and installed new plumbing equipment. The inspection put him in administrative responsibility and obliged him to bring the premises into conformity with the technical documentation. Moskvich complied with the order of the supervisory authority.
A resident of Ochakovo-Matveevskoye district also had to correct the result of unauthorized redevelopment. At the request of the supervisory authority, the owner of the square meters eliminated the infractions: he restored the door unit between the room and the kitchen and the window-door unit on the balcony, ”the message read.
